True anti-racism and equity and empowerment will not be realized in society unless each and every one of us acknowledge our role and commit to change behaviours, actions, and language that perpetuate exclusion and discrimination.

WtC's goal, in all the work we do, is to support individuals and organizations by facilitating education around unpacking to unlearn anti-Black racism and anti-Indigenous racism, with a focus on unpacking privilege and the intentionally ignored.

Beyond the EAE consulting that we provide to private and public organizations, WtC also prioritizes providing education to the public. It is vital that in this work, anti-Black racism and anti-Indigenous racism training is being provided to individual organizations and the public at large in order to reach a broader audience and increase society's awareness, understanding, and actions surrounding anti-racism.

“Like fighting an addiction, being an anti-racist requires persistent self-awareness, constant self-criticism, and regular self-examination.
