The Digital Era Demands that Privacy is a Priority.

Empowering a safer digital future begins with one crucial step: taking control of your data, and demanding that others do the same.

With our data, we utilize Data Anonymization.

  • Definition: Data anonymization is the process of modifying data to make it impossible to identify individuals from the data, even with additional information.

  • Purpose: It protects sensitive personal information like names, addresses, or health records while allowing organizations to use the data for research, analysis, or other purposes.

  • How it works: This is achieved by removing or replacing direct identifiers (like names) and indirect identifiers (like zip codes or dates of birth) that could lead to an individual's identification.

Why is Data Anonymization Important?

  • Data Privacy Compliance: Many data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, require organizations to protect personal data. Anonymization is a key technique to comply with these laws.

Transforming Your Data into Deeper Insights.

Data is at the heart of everything we do. We utilize the data collected from your organization and apply diverse, and varied perspectives as a black, female-owned firm to uncover the realities and what is unseen.

In our analyses, we apply a lens of intersectional identities to ensure that the impact on all equity-deserving communities is being considered. We utilize a combination of industry best practices and social impact evaluation frameworks, such as GBA+, in conjunction with our own proprietary tools to identify the depth and breadth of organizational gaps, making sure no stone is left unturned.

Our data-backed insights become the hard evidence needed to support an organizational shift and help shape practices and policies that prioritize equity.

Working with the Community.

We believe that lasting solutions must be founded on the needs identified by those within the community.

At every step in our process, we prioritize including the very people that are being impacted by your products and services — from users to the broader community and even your own staff and organizational leadership. We use our platform to amplify the voices of those who have been historically excluded so that their needs are heard and become our priority in driving change. It is essential that across all our processes, we include varied voices and perspectives so no one is left out. Some of our methods include creating advisory committees composed of a breadth of intersectional identities, collaborating with employee resource groups and diverse staff teams, and connecting with those from equity-deserving communities.

Through our experience, we have developed highly refined processes for engaging with stakeholders and collecting these essential insights while prioritizing confidentiality and anonymity.

Creating Real Solutions.

Our solutions move past performative commitments and are founded on our findings from extensive data analysis and engagement with the community. To inspire real change, our solutions address the reality of experiences within your organization and are highly customized to your unique context and goals.

We meet you where you are on your social impact journey and help you get to where you want to go. We utilize the tools and resources that you have available and develop pathways for change, with actionable recommendations that you can actually adopt. These pathways are prioritized and become a roadmap that your organization can follow to advance your commitment to, and embodiment of, social impact.
