Employee Supports and Resources

Welcome to WtC’s comprehensive hub of support and resources for thriving in the workplace. Here, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of tools and support systems designed to foster mental well-being, enhance career development, build social support and mentorship, and provide essential legal assistance. Our goal is to create a resource where people of all different racial backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, as well as persons with disabilities and those from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community are able to access educational materials, learn how to advocate for their rights and needs, and arrive at work as their most authentic selves.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of available resources. If there is a resource missing or you need help finding specific resources, please contact us directly and we would be happy to provide assistance.
